Our goal is simple: to step in when life takes an unexpected turn and ease the financial burden so families can focus on healing.
How a Beneficiary Event Works
When a family is selected as a beneficiary for an event, Easton’s Cause organizes and hosts a fundraising event on their behalf. These events bring the community together to provide meaningful financial support during a difficult time.
While we handle the planning, organizing, and promotion, the most successful events happen when the beneficiary family is actively involved in helping us spread the word.
Our team works hard to secure volunteers and sponsorships, many of which support our raffles and help offset the cost of hosting the event. Because events themselves require significant expenses to put together, there are a few simple ways family and friends can help us maximize the final donation.
We encourage families to share the event widely, provide a list of items that could be donated for concessions, and, if possible, share links for monetary donations that help cover event costs. Every bit of support in these areas allows more of the funds raised to go directly to the beneficiary.
